Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate state policies across education, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support policy recommendations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Deep understanding of Colorado's legislative process and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional written communication and report-writing abilities
- Proven experience with stakeholder engagement and public consultation
- Valid Colorado driver's license
