Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive policy recommendations for urban development initiatives
- Analyze legislative impacts and regulatory compliance requirements
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with community organizations
- Prepare detailed briefings for city council and executive leadership
- Monitor policy implementation effectiveness through KPI tracking
- Manage interdepartmental task forces for complex city projects
- Conduct economic impact assessments for proposed legislation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R)
- Expertise in Tennessee state regulations and local governance structures
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with policy audiences
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
