Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate comprehensive policy frameworks using quantitative/qualitative analysis

- Present findings to senior officials through executive briefings and public reports
- Monitor federal policy changes and assess implications for Illinois' implementation strategy
- Mentor junior analysts and manage policy development workflow
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Stata)
- Demonstrated success in drafting legislation and regulatory impact statements
- Expert knowledge of Illinois state government operations and budget processes
- Valid Illinois driver's license
- US citizenship required for security clearance
