Qualifications

- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R)
- Demonstrated success in developing actionable policy recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a North Carolina government security clearance
