Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex community development policies
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for state initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional government teams
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and legislative testimony
- Manage stakeholder engagement with local governments and nonprofits
- Monitor federal grant compliance and reporting requirements
- Lead policy implementation evaluation projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS/R)
- Deep knowledge of Georgia's community development landscape
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with federal grant management (CDBG, HOME)
- Valid Georgia driver's license
