Responsibilities

- Present findings to City Council committees and community stakeholders
- Manage policy implementation timelines with $5M+ budget portfolios
- Lead interagency working groups on equity-focused policy design
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years government/nonprofit policy experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis (R, Python, SPSS)
- Proven stakeholder management across diverse communities
- Illinois driver's license (required for field research)
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status
