Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government
- Advanced proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Expert knowledge of North Carolina state government operations
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with legislative processes and budget analysis
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
- Professional certification (e.g., CPPA) preferred
