Responsibilities
- Analyze complex policy issues and develop data-driven recommendations for state programs

- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and legislative proposals

- Lead cross-functional task forces on public sector innovation
- Present findings to senior officials and legislative committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis (R/Python/SAS)
- Demonstrated success in developing legislative proposals
- Strong knowledge of California state administrative processes
- Experience with public budgeting and grant management
- Valid California driver's license
