Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex policy issues with data-driven methodologies
- Develop actionable recommendations for legislative and executive stakeholders
- Coordinate interdepartmental task forces and public engagement initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs and legislative testimony
- Monitor federal/state regulatory changes and assess implementation impacts
- Manage grant-funded projects with $1M+ budgets
- Mentor junior analysts on public administration best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of government policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Knowledge of Florida Sunshine Law and public records regulations
- Proven track record in cross-functional project leadership
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Clearance through background investigation
