Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government sector
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven ability to draft legislative proposals and regulatory documents
- Strong knowledge of Texas transportation systems and regulations
