Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Policy Analysis, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in policy development or public sector analysis
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable policy recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in policy analysis software (e.g., SAS, SPSS)
- Knowledge of Colorado state government operations and regulations
