Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years progressive policy analysis experience in government
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Deep understanding of Georgia's legislative process and budget cycles
- Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-ready briefings
- Valid Georgia driver's license and ability to travel statewide
