Responsibilities
- Analyze complex urban policy challenges using quantitative data and qualitative research
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and implementation roadmaps for city council approval
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to align initiatives with strategic goals
- Present findings to public officials and community stakeholders
- Monitor policy implementation effectiveness and recommend adjustments
- Lead community engagement sessions to gather public input
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of government or public sector policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with municipal budget processes and grant writing
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Valid Missouri driver's license
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
