Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate complex healthcare policies using quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefs, legislative proposals, and testimony for congressional hearings
- Coordinate interagency initiatives to align federal programs with national healthcare objectives
- Analyze legislative impacts and regulatory compliance requirements for new healthcare frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional task forces on emerging health challenges

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Health Administration, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of federal policy analysis experience with healthcare focus
- Expertise in healthcare legislation, CMS regulations, and HHS programs
- Advanced proficiency in policy analysis software (e.g., SAS, R, Stata)
