Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based transportation policy recommendations for legislative review
- Analyze complex data sets to inform infrastructure investment decisions
- Coordinate with local government agencies and community stakeholders
- Prepare detailed policy briefs and executive summaries for senior leadership
- Monitor federal/state regulatory compliance across transportation projects
- Lead cross-functional task forces addressing urban mobility challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government sector
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Expert knowledge of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements
- Valid California Driver's License
- Proven experience managing stakeholder engagement processes
- Professional certification in Public Administration (PPA) preferred
