Responsibilities
- Lead crisis response coordination for public health emergencies in the Houston metropolitan area

- Manage grant-funded health programs ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in public health emergency response or health policy
- Texas Public Health certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Proven expertise in crisis communication and stakeholder management
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in SAS/SPSS/R
- Experience securing and managing federal/state health grants
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Bilingual in English/Spanish (highly desired)
