Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate state policies using quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Prepare comprehensive reports for legislative committees and executive leadership
- Collaborate with agency stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives
- Monitor federal/state legislative changes and recommend compliance adjustments
- Lead cross-functional task forces on public sector modernization projects

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, or related field
- 5+ years progressive policy analysis experience in government
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Proven track record in policy evaluation and implementation
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Security clearance eligibility (Top Secret preferred)
