Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex urban policy issues including infrastructure, sustainability, and economic development
- Develop comprehensive policy recommendations aligned with city council priorities
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and legislative briefings
- Monitor implementation outcomes and evaluate policy effectiveness
- Manage grant applications and compliance for federal/state programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of government or public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, Excel, GIS)
- Proven experience with municipal budget processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status
