Responsibilities
- Research and analyze transportation policies, regulations, and emerging trends
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for executive leadership

- Evaluate program effectiveness using quantitative metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of government policy analysis experience
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R)
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania transportation infrastructure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with stakeholder engagement processes
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Ability to obtain security clearance
