Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive policy research and impact analysis
- Develop actionable policy recommendations for city council

- Analyze budgetary implications of proposed policies
- Present findings to diverse audiences including elected officials
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Strong knowledge of Oregon state regulations
- Experience with stakeholder engagement processes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
