Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex state policy issues with socioeconomic impact
- Develop data-driven policy recommendations for legislative initiatives
- Collaborate with agency directors and elected officials on strategic priorities
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholder briefings
- Monitor implementation outcomes and adjust strategies as needed
- Manage cross-functional project teams with multidisciplinary expertise
- Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, or Stata)
- Proven track record of developing legislative proposals
- Strong understanding of Oklahoma state government operations
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background check
