Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years in government policy analysis or equivalent public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Stata, SPSS)
- Demonstrated success in drafting legislative testimony and regulatory impact statements
- Valid Indiana State Government security clearance
- Expertise in Medicaid or education policy preferred
