Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven policy recommendations aligned with state strategic goals
- Analyze complex socioeconomic data and legislative impacts using advanced quantitative methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to draft comprehensive policy briefs and legislation
- Present findings to executive leadership and legislative committees with compelling visualizations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Stata, SAS) and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated success in translating complex policy concepts for diverse audiences
- Expert knowledge of New Mexico state government operations and legislative processes
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and ability to travel statewide
