Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex policy issues to inform legislative recommendations
- Develop data-driven reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement policy initiatives
- Monitor federal/state regulatory changes and assess impacts on Massachusetts
- Stakeholder engagement with community groups and industry partners
- Manage policy budgets and grant allocations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government/nonprofit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, or SAS)
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with stakeholder management and public hearings
- Knowledge of Massachusetts state government operations
- Valid driver's license (may require travel)
