Responsibilities
- Analyze state legislation and regulations to identify policy gaps and improvement opportunities

- Coordinate cross-agency task forces to address emerging public sector challenges
- Monitor federal policy changes and assess implications for Colorado's programs
- Present findings to legislative committees and stakeholder coalitions
- Lead policy impact assessments for proposed legislation and budget initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in state/federal government
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, SPSS) and data visualization tools
- Deep understanding of Colorado's legislative process and administrative frameworks
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable policy recommendations
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities
- Valid Colorado driver's license and ability to travel statewide
