Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years progressive policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Advanced proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Expertise in legislative processes and government operations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with public speaking experience
- Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, ArcGIS)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
