Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, and evaluate complex policy issues affecting Indiana residents
- Develop comprehensive policy recommendations aligned with state strategic goals
- Collaborate with legislative stakeholders and executive leadership on implementation
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for public and private audiences
- Monitor federal/regulatory changes and assess statewide impact
- Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve policy objectives
- Maintain compliance with Indiana administrative regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated experience with state/federal legislative processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Indiana residency required within 30 days of hire
- Valid Indiana driver's license (if travel required)
