Responsibilities
- Analyze legislation, regulations, and policy trends to inform state decision-making

- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using statistical models and stakeholder interviews
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for legislative committees
- Collaborate with agency partners to implement policy initiatives
- Monitor policy effectiveness and recommend adjustments based on performance metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative analysis and data visualization tools
- Deep understanding of Washington state legislative processes
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable policy recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Valid Washington State driver's license
