- Analyze fiscal policies and budget impacts across state agencies
- Develop comprehensive budget recommendations using advanced Excel and SQL modeling
- Present findings to legislative committees and executive leadership
- Collaborate with agency heads to optimize resource allocation
- Monitor federal grant opportunities and compliance requirements
- Prepare legislative budget testimony and policy briefings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or Finance
- 5+ years of government budget/policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Indiana state budget processes preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Valid Indiana driver's license
