Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex state policies using quantitative/qualitative methods
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and recommendations for legislative review
- Coordinate stakeholder engagements with community leaders and government officials
- Monitor implementation of new policies and evaluate effectiveness through data analysis
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, actionable reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legislative initiatives
- Track federal/state regulatory changes affecting Tennessee communities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of policy analysis or government experience
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with stakeholder engagement strategies
- Knowledge of Tennessee legislative processes
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
