Responsibilities
- Analyze state legislation and regulatory impacts on Kansas City metropolitan area
- Conduct policy research using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Prepare comprehensive reports and executive summaries for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on policy implementation
- Monitor legislative developments and assess emerging policy trends
- Present findings to stakeholders including state officials and community partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of Missouri state government operations
