- Monitor state and federal legislative developments affecting municipal operations

- Evaluate program effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of government or public policy analysis experience
- Expertise in quantitative data analysis and policy modeling
- Proven ability to navigate complex legislative processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and community outreach
- Proficiency in policy development software and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of Texas municipal governance structures
