Responsibilities
- Analyze complex socioeconomic data to inform legislative proposals
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for cabinet-level review
- Coordinate interagency task forces on workforce innovation
- Present findings to legislative committees and stakeholder groups
- Manage $5M+ grant programs for economic development
- Mentor junior analysts on policy research methodologies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, SAS)
- Proven track record of successful legislative advocacy
- Experience managing federal grant compliance
- Strong written communication skills demonstrated by published reports
- Active Washington State security clearance
- Knowledge of Washington State administrative procedures
