Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis tools (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Deep understanding of Texas labor laws and workforce systems
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable policy
- Experience with grant compliance and federal reporting requirements
- Strong written/verbal communication with diverse audiences
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
