Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative research methodologies and data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Texas legislative processes and state agencies
- Proficiency in policy modeling software (e.g., Stata, R)
- Valid Texas driver's license
- U.S. citizenship required
