Responsibilities
- Analyze complex urban development policies and economic impact studies
- Develop legislative recommendations for Atlanta metropolitan growth initiatives
- Coordinate interagency task forces on infrastructure and workforce development
- Present policy briefings to legislative committees and executive leadership
- Manage $5M+ grant programs for community revitalization projects
- Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions with business and community leaders
- Monitor federal compliance requirements for state-funded programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or Urban Planning
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, R)
- Proven track record of developing successful legislative proposals
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean record
- Experience managing federal grant programs (SAM.gov certified)
- Deep knowledge of Georgia's legislative process and administrative codes
