Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive policy recommendations for state-wide initiatives in healthcare, education, or infrastructure

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legislators, agency heads, and community stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies and data analysis tools
- Deep understanding of California's legislative process and regulatory landscape
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with proven ability to influence decision-makers
- Active California residency and ability to obtain required security clearance
