Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and legislative recommendations for state programs

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Expertise in quantitative data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Demonstrated success in drafting legislation or administrative rules
- Active Washington State residency and valid driver's license
- Clearable background check and security clearance eligibility
- Experience with budget analysis and grant management
- Strong writing skills with published policy examples
