Responsibilities
- Analyze complex legislation and regulatory impacts using quantitative/qualitative methodologies
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for executive leadership review
- Coordinate interagency task forces and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive briefing documents and testimony for legislative sessions
- Monitor federal compliance requirements and adapt state policies accordingly
- Lead cross-functional projects with budget oversight responsibilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years government policy analysis experience at federal/state level
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS/R) and GIS tools

- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
