Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex state policies, legislation, and regulations
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for legislative initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive reports, briefings, and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to implement policy solutions
- Monitor policy implementation outcomes and recommend adjustments

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or nonprofit sector
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Colorado state government operations and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Valid Colorado driver's license required for travel
