Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate federal healthcare policies using advanced statistical modeling and stakeholder feedback
- Lead interagency working groups to develop coordinated public health strategies
- Prepare comprehensive policy briefings for Congressional committees and executive leadership
- Analyze legislative proposals and regulatory impacts on vulnerable populations
- Manage policy implementation projects with $10M+ budgets and multi-agency teams
- Present findings to federal executives and external partners through executive briefings
- Maintain compliance with OMB Circular A-11 and federal policy development standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of federal policy analysis experience with healthcare agencies
- Expertise in healthcare policy frameworks (ACA, MACRA, Medicaid/Medicare)
- Advanced proficiency in policy analysis tools (Stata, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated success in drafting legislation and regulatory language
- Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and interagency projects
