Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex urban development policies to recommend evidence-based solutions
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and legislative proposals for Congressional review

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of federal or state government policy analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis tools (SPSS, R, SAS)
- Demonstrated success in drafting legislation and regulatory frameworks
- Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills
