Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years policy analysis experience in government/public sector
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven track record in stakeholder collaboration
- Deep knowledge of Texas municipal governance structures
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
