Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex policy issues affecting Californians
- Develop actionable policy recommendations for state legislators
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on legislative initiatives
- Prepare detailed briefings and reports for senior leadership
- Monitor implementation of enacted policies and evaluate outcomes

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Proficiency in quantitative data analysis (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Expertise in California state legislative processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Valid California driver's license
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
