Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years of government or policy analysis experience
- Advanced knowledge of Pennsylvania state government operations
- Proficiency in quantitative data analysis and policy research methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to public service
- Experience with legislative tracking systems (e.g., LegiScan)
