Responsibilities
- Analyze complex state legislation and regulations to develop actionable policy recommendations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or nonprofit sector

- Demonstrated success in drafting legislative proposals and policy briefs
- Strong understanding of Indiana state government operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
