Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate municipal policies aligned with Chicago's strategic priorities
- Analyze complex data sets to inform evidence-based policy recommendations
- Collaborate with department heads on implementation strategies for new initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for City Council and executive leadership
- Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions with community organizations and residents

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Expertise in qualitative/quantitative research methodologies
- Demonstrated success in drafting legislative proposals and budget analyses
- Strong understanding of Chicago's governmental structure and communities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
