Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit sector
- Advanced proficiency in statistical software (R, Python, or Stata)
- Demonstrated experience with budget analysis and fiscal forecasting
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with executive presence
- Knowledge of Texas legislative processes and state regulations
- Valid Texas driver's license required
