Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis on critical urban policy issues

- Collaborate with 20+ agencies to implement cross-government initiatives
- Present findings to executive leadership and public stakeholders
- Manage policy implementation timelines and impact assessments
- Oversee $5M+ grant programs for community development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or non-profit
- Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis software (R, Python)
- Expertise in DC's regulatory framework and legislative processes
- Proven track record of implementing equity-focused policies
- Strong stakeholder management and public communication skills
