Responsibilities
- Analyze economic data and trends to inform strategic policy recommendations
- Develop legislative proposals and regulatory frameworks supporting business growth
- Collaborate with state agencies, stakeholders, and legislative committees
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership
- Monitor federal policies and assess impacts on Tennessee's economy

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis experience in government or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated success in developing evidence-based policy recommendations
- Strong understanding of Tennessee's economic landscape
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
